Photography is allowed, but NO PROFESSIONAL STILL CAMERAS and NO VIDEO CAMERAS are permitted without appropriate media credentials.  John Mayer allows audio recording at most concerts. We ask that all tapers respect fellow concert-goers' personal space and view of the show.

Paperless Tickets:
A portion of tickets to the John Mayer concert will be Ticketmaster Paperless Tickets - available exclusively online or by phone. 

Fans who purchase paperless tickets will not receive a physical concert ticket.   Instead, the credit card used to make the purchase will serve as your ticket. If you purchase a paperless ticket, all you need to attend the show is the credit card you used to purchase the ticket and a valid, government-issued ID (such as a driver's license, state ID or passport).

Entry to venue after purchasing Ticketmaster Paperless Tickets:  

  • At ENTRY you must provide the CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE and VALID PHOTO ID.  (Ticketmaster Paperless Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE.)
     
  • All members of the ticket purchaser's party must be present at the same time to enter the venue. 
     
  • A Ford Center ticket usher will swipe their credit card upon entry and present each person in their party with seat locator slips for quick access into the show.
